The El Paso Film Festival (EPFF) is the only Texas film festival to showcase emerging filmmakers on a bi-national stage.

EPFF is has returned to being an in person film festival. Tickets and Badges will be available to purchase through our website. Check out the Tickets & Badges page for more information.

EPFF will be implementing a optional mask mandate for all in-door screenings. Free masks will be available to the public before entering the theaters. We highly recommend getting the COVID-19 vaccines at your earliest convenience as it will add further protection to your health.

If you are unable to attend our film festival in person, then please enjoy some of our past programming on our streaming television channels on Roku TV, Fire TV, and Apple TV. Watch our “How To Watch” video on our Vimeo Channel for more information.

VIP Badge Pickup will be available at the Philanthropy Theater 2nd Floor. Film Passes are digital tickets that can be accessed via your smartphone and do not require badge pickup from the Box Office.

No. You do not need to buy multiple single tickets for the short film blocks. A single ticket costs $10 per shorts program block.

Our short film program blocks are 90min - 100min blocks where up to 6-8 short films are screened together. The films are listed on the schedule together to make it easier for our audiences to find the short film(s) they wish to watch.

If you have a Film Pass or VIP badge, you can go to any screening at any time.

Be sure to visit our Schedule & Films page in order to view our programming schedule and venue line up during the festival. 90% of your questions will be answered at this page when it comes to navigating our film festival.

Our festival offers multiple ways to enjoy our festival programming. You can purchase a single ticket at the Plaza Theater Box Office or you can purchase a film pass that let's you access all of the festival programming.

For the best deal, our VIP badge gives you priority access to our festival programming as well as access to our receptions and parties.

Our content is Not Rated (NR) or Unrated (UR). We recommend that if your children are under the age of 13 that you watch our programming with them.

Any content that we deem too intense for young viewers will be labeled with a “Viewer Discretion Advised” label.

Some of our past programming is available on our Roku TV, Fire TV, and Apple TV channels. Not all of our programming will be available for streaming due to limited licensing from distributors and sale agents.

If you don’t have a streaming television device, then don’t worry, you can still enjoy some of our programming via your desktop computer, tablet, or mobile device by visiting our programming page.

You can also purchase your own Roku Device, Amazon Fire TV Stick, or Apple TV so that you can enjoy our programming safely from your own home. There are HD and 4k options available for your home viewing.

Yes, you will be able to use Google ChromeCast with the programming that is available on our website. There is a limitation though. Only content made available directly on our website will be available to use with your Google ChromeCast.

In order to stream more of our past festival line-up, you will need to purchase your own Roku Device, Amazon Fire TV Stick, or Apple TV.

You can download the El Paso Film Festival streaming television channels today via your Roku TV, Fire TV, and Apple TV devices and access our current programming from the comfort and safety of your own home.

We know there are a few issues with our streaming channels, but these issues have more to do with what version of Roku, Amazon Fire, or Apple TV device you are using to watch our channel programming.

Roku TV Issues
You will need a Roku 2, Roku 3, or one of the latest 2019 Roku devices in order to view our streaming channel without any interruptions. Our streaming channel does not work on Roku 1 or earlier Roku Devices. If you need to upgrade, click here to purchase a new Roku device.

Amazon Fire TV Issues
You will need a 2nd generation or one of the latest 2019 Fire TV sticks in order to view our streaming channel without any interruptions. Our streaming channel does not work on first generation Fire TV devices. If you need to upgrade your device, click here to purchase a new Fire TV Stick.

Apple TV Issues
You will need at minimum a 4th generation (HD) or 4K Apple TV device in order to view our streaming channel without any interruptions. Our streaming channel does not work on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation Apple TV devices. If you need to upgrade your device, click here to purchase a new Apple TV device.

If you are outside the United States, you will not be able to download our streaming channels. This is due to geo-block some of our programming as it can only be shown in the United States at this time.
